Sept. hours: Tue-Fri, 1-5pm
Oct. hours: Tue-Fri, 10am-5pm

Laurie Heupel's Photography Exhibit, "It Started with a Brownie" is now on display in the Dacotah Gallery. Laurie is a traveler’s photographer; her landscapes are vivid and sweeping while her vignettes are cheery and comfortable. Each piece is mounted on glass for a striking presentation with depth and life.

The Prairie Stitchers new exhibit just opened in the Lamont Gallery. Over 130 pieces, each unique and exquisitely hand-crafted pieces of art. Needlepoint, embroidery, quilting, cards, samplers, bags, ornaments, bookmarks, and framed works are on display. Stitchers from all over the state of South Dakota are represented in this show.

Visit the campus of Northern State University and see the DPM’s “Women Win the Right to Vote” outreach exhibit on the 2nd floor of the Student Center; showing for a limited time. Learn about the major players in the fight to win the right to vote, many of whom who did not see the ratification of the 19th amendment in their lifetime.

We’re opening up a bit more of the exhibits at the Museum…
