Dacotah Prairie Museum

The Dacotah Prairie Museum announces reopening.

Beginning July 8 and through the month of July, the DPM will be open limited hours of Wed., Thur., and Fri. afternoons, 1-4:30pm. In August, the DPM will expand hours to Tuesday through Friday, 1-5pm. During this time some hands-on activities and the children’s exhibit “Frontier Town” may be temporarily unavailable. Special children’s exhibit hours will be announced at a later date. “TreeHouses: Look Who’s Living in the Trees” traveling exhibit will be open through July.
Complimentary masks will be made available for guests, along with hand sanitizing stations and signage encouraging social distancing and one-way traffic through open exhibits. Masks are not required at this time but all guests are encouraged to follow CDC recommendations. If you are not feeling well, we kindly ask that you visit us when you are feeling better. Check the Museum’s website www.dacotahprairiemuseum.com, Facebook and Twitter pages for updates on open hours, exhibits and events.
